The Bannan House Farm

The Bannan House Farm is a wedding venue set on 49 acres beside the Stillaguamish River in Granite Falls, Washington. Its rural grounds bring together historic farm buildings, open fields, gardens, river access and views towards Mount Pilchuck, giving couples a choice of outdoor settings for their ceremony and reception.

Ceremonies can take place on the garden-lined Ceremony Lawn, beside the river or in the open field near the Field House. For receptions, couples can use the covered Field House pavilion, the Celebration Patio or the Grand Tent, a 40 by 60-foot structure with café lighting and chandeliers. The Garden House provides an air-conditioned private space for getting ready before the ceremony. Couples can also use the grounds for photographs, including the wildflower meadow, river beach and landscaped areas.

Wedding bookings include tables and chairs, furniture set-up and take-down, guest parking, parking attendants, a golf cart, heaters, lawn games and a fire pit. A one-hour rehearsal is available, and the venue offers a guided booking process with a final on-site walk-through to discuss the layout and event logistics. Couples may choose their own suppliers, subject to the venue's requirements for licensed and insured bartending and event insurance.

The farm also accepts advance bookings for photography sessions in selected outdoor and covered spaces, as well as its indoor studio. Venue tours are by appointment. Its combination of open-air locations, covered reception areas and practical included amenities gives couples several ways to shape a celebration around the property's landscape and historic character.
