Fulcrum Adventures

Fulcrum Adventures provides facilitated team-building and outdoor learning programmes for businesses, schools, non-profit organisations and community groups. Organisers can book tailored activities designed around goals such as improving communication, building trust, developing leadership skills or helping a team reconnect. Programmes can take place at Fulcrum's Culver City ropes course, at partner sites around Southern California, or at a client's own location for selected workshops.

At the Culver City site, groups can take on a high ropes course with a climbing tower and aerial challenges, including leaps of faith. The surrounding park setting also offers space for outdoor group activities, with picnic and barbecue facilities nearby. Other programme options include low ropes challenges, facilitated team exercises, archery, scavenger hunts, beach activities and leadership workshops. Fulcrum also works with partner retreat and camp locations, where groups may be able to combine activities with facilities such as overnight accommodation, hiking, swimming or campfire areas. Availability depends on the chosen location.

The programmes are adaptable for corporate offsites, staff development days, school enrichment, youth retreats and community events. Sessions can be arranged for a shorter visit or developed into a full-day or multi-day experience, depending on the group and its objectives.
