De Schaapskooi is a venue for celebrations and events in the green surroundings of Delftse Hout. It is suitable for a wide range of gatherings, from a wedding or birthday party to a company party, meeting, graduation drinks reception or dinner. The rooms are available individually or in combination, so organisers can tailor the space to suit their programme and group. De Schaapskooi is also an official wedding venue, with the option of holding a ceremony indoors or in the garden.
There are three rooms and a bar inside. The sheltered courtyard garden and terrace offer space to take part of a gathering outdoors or give guests a quiet place to relax between programme activities. Business groups can choose meeting packages that include room hire, Wi-Fi and audiovisual equipment. Multi-day gatherings can also be discussed.
The in-house kitchen provides food and drink for a range of occasions, such as a celebratory welcome, drinks reception, lunch or dinner. Organisers can discuss their requirements in advance and ask about a bespoke package. Group activities, including a cooking workshop, are also available to add to the programme.
The venue combines a green setting with easy access from Delft and the surrounding area. There is free parking at the venue and a bus stop nearby. De Schaapskooi caters for groups and gives organisers a venue where rooms, catering and practical facilities can be coordinated for a private or business gathering.
