Salons Gruuthuse is an event venue in Beveren-Leie, Waregem, for both private celebrations and business gatherings. Organisers can host weddings, anniversaries, communion celebrations and baby showers, as well as staff parties, seminars, product launches and after-work events. There are rooms on two floors, which can accommodate groups for a reception, dinner or walking dinner, depending on the layout. The upstairs room can also be set up for a wedding ceremony, with seating and an altar. A stairlift helps guests who have difficulty using the stairs.

In fine weather, the garden provides extra space for a reception or celebration. There is an outdoor bar, and a marquee can be set up during the season. For business gatherings, there are two rooms that can be adapted to suit the group and programme. Wi-Fi, a projector and other multimedia facilities are available. The venue also has private parking.

Salons Gruuthuse offers a range of food and drink options, including traditional menus, buffets, walking dinners and barbecues. There are standard packages, but the details can also be discussed and tailored to your needs. For seminars, options include coffee, pastries and other refreshments. This allows event planners and private organisers to tailor the space, catering and practical facilities to the type of gathering and number of guests. A visit by appointment gives you the opportunity to view the rooms and discuss the arrangements you have in mind.
