St Clere Estate

St Clere Estate offers event organisers a distinctive country estate setting in Kemsing, near Sevenoaks in Kent. Its mix of historic buildings, gardens, open countryside and woodland gives planners a varied backdrop for events that need space, privacy or a strong sense of place. The estate describes itself as a venue for events and has around 3,000 acres of varied surroundings, while remaining within reach of central London.

The events team welcomes enquiries for a broad range of occasions, including corporate parties, sporting and endurance events, exhibitions and festivals. Previous events hosted at the estate include large outdoor gatherings and activity-based experiences, illustrating how the grounds can suit formats that extend beyond a conventional indoor venue. Organisers can discuss their plans with the team, which says it will consider how a proposed event could work on the estate.

For planners, the appeal lies in the contrast between the traditional house and gardens and the scale of the surrounding rural landscape. This setting can provide room to create an event with outdoor elements, while the buildings and garden areas offer a more intimate atmosphere for selected parts of the programme. St Clere also promotes the estate for weddings, making it a possible option for couples and planners seeking a countryside location.

Whether the brief is a company gathering, a public-facing festival or an outdoor sporting event, St Clere Estate provides a site with varied scenery and an experienced events team. Organisers can contact the estate to discuss the event format, practical requirements and which areas may be suitable for their plans.
