Cathy Morris Music

Cathy Morris is an Indianapolis-based singer and electric violinist available to perform at weddings, corporate functions and private celebrations. Organisers can book her for a ceremony, reception, dinner, cocktail hour, banquet, awards presentation, fundraiser, trade show or company event. Her performance can provide either a featured musical moment or live background music suited to the occasion.

The music ranges across jazz, Latin, rock, folk, blues and familiar favourites, alongside original compositions. Cathy performs on acoustic and electric violin and vocals, and can appear solo or with other musicians in ensembles and bands. This range gives event planners options for different settings, from intimate wedding music to a fuller group performance for a larger gathering. Wedding services include help selecting and shaping music for the ceremony and celebration, and she also offers wedding officiating.

For corporate bookings, Cathy can tailor the format and musical feel to the programme, audience and atmosphere, whether the event calls for an energetic feature set or a more understated accompaniment. Her work also includes concerts, festivals, community events and guest appearances with orchestras and jazz bands. Event organisers can enquire about a special appearance, speaking engagement or performance, then discuss the music and line-up that best suit their event. Cathy Morris supplies live entertainment to event organisers rather than operating as an event venue.
