Greenwood Hall

Greenwood Hall is a private-hire venue in East Islip, Long Island, for organisers planning weddings, receptions, birthday parties, quinceañeras, sweet sixteens and corporate celebrations. The hall offers a flexible setting for up to 120 guests, with a separate dance floor and room for hosts to shape the event around their own ideas.

The venue is offered as a bare-hall rental, giving organisers the freedom to choose their own caterer and other suppliers. A full commercial kitchen is available for food preparation, while tables and chairs for up to 120 people are included. Organisers can bring their preferred decorations, entertainment, drinks and tableware, rather than being tied to a set in-house package. This approach can suit celebrations with a personal style or a preferred supplier team.

Practical features include on-site parking, Wi-Fi, a coat closet, restrooms and accessible facilities. The rental also includes time for setting up before the event and clearing the space afterwards, with additional setup time available if needed. Weekday and weekend bookings are offered, and prospective clients can arrange a tour to view the hall, kitchen and facilities before making a decision.

With a dance floor, kitchen access and a straightforward blank-canvas format, Greenwood Hall can accommodate both lively family celebrations and gatherings that need a flexible room layout. It is a venue option for event planners seeking a private space in East Islip where they can select and coordinate their own event suppliers.
