Emperial Eventhalle

Werderstraße 53a, 44628 Herne, Germany

Emperial Eventhalle in Herne hires out a large hall for weddings, family celebrations and corporate events. Couples can celebrate their wedding here, while engagement parties, henna evenings and circumcision celebrations are also among the options. Companies can host Christmas parties, anniversaries and other occasions to get together, for example.

The hall can be decorated to suit the occasion. Photos on the website show tables laid for a celebration, floral arrangements and decorated areas for wedding parties. The room layout and seating arrangements are discussed during a visit, giving event planners the chance to see what is possible on site and agree the number of guests with the team.

Depending on the occasion, additional services such as catering, drinks, decorations and service staff can be requested. The venue also refers to offers arranged in collaboration with partners. The scope and costs are set out in a personalised quote. Package deals combining several services are also described for selected wedding celebrations. A music group can be requested separately for an additional charge.

The booking process starts with a no-obligation enquiry stating the occasion, preferred date and number of guests. Interested parties can then visit the hall in person and discuss the details. Free parking is available. The venue's location in Herne is suitable for organisers from the Ruhr area, including Bochum, Dortmund and Essen. We recommend arranging an appointment in advance for a visit and planning.
