Kultur- und Festhalle Kochana in Oedheim is a municipal venue for private celebrations, club events and public occasions. Organisers can use a third, two thirds or the entire hall, depending on their needs. The larger hall option includes a stage, making it suitable for programmes with performances or speeches. A meeting room is also available for smaller meetings and other uses.

The facilities can also be tailored to the occasion: for catering, you can book a hot kitchen or a kitchen for serving food and drinks. A Remise, with toilet facilities available on request, adds to the range of spaces. Separate applications can be made to use the park, car park and mobile dishwashing unit for outdoor events. This makes it possible to combine different areas and facilities to suit the planned event.

The municipality of Oedheim manages booking enquiries and provides its own forms for private events, as well as for clubs and institutions. When planning, applicants provide details including the date, type of event, number of guests and rooms required. Use is subject to approval and the applicable terms of use and schedule of fees. Technical facilities such as lighting and stage equipment are to be operated with support from the relevant municipal staff. Kochana therefore offers event planners a municipal hall with combinable rooms and additional facilities, centrally located in Oedheim.
