La Salle de l'Aérodrome d'Yvetot welcomes organisers of private and corporate events in a rural setting in Baons-le-Comte. This reception venue is particularly suited to weddings, birthdays, communions and family celebrations, as well as seminars, meetings and important corporate events. Depending on the chosen layout, the venue can accommodate around 150 people for a reception.
Its location at a private airfield gives it a distinctive character, with views over the airfield and a setting away from residential areas. Large floor-to-ceiling windows extend the space onto a wooden terrace, ideal for socialising or taking a break outdoors. Inside, facilities include a cloakroom, a technical area and accessible toilets. A fully equipped kitchen is available to caterers, giving organisers the freedom to choose their own catering provider.
For celebrations, the team offers support with the preparations and can recommend partners such as decorators, caterers and DJs. Bespoke packages and entertainment can be discussed to suit each event. The venue also hosts corporate events and can offer team-building activities linked to the nearby aviation facilities, such as flying experiences or group games. Event planners can therefore consider hosting a reception, team day or meeting at a venue with a distinctive identity, while adapting the programme and layout to the group's needs.
