AlliA Summer Party 2026

Nothing was too much trouble for Anouck and Reinhilde when organizing our annual staff party. They listened thoroughly to our approach and wishes, and developed a wonderful program at a beautiful location. Due to the tropical temperatures and the accompanying heat measures, they handled last-minute adjustments very flexibly, constantly adapting and searching for solutions and alternatives. Flexibility, reliability, and customer focus are not empty words here.

Voor Anouck en Reinhilde was niets teveel gevraagd voor de organisatie van ons jaarlijks personeelsfeest. Er werd grondig geluisterd naar onze insteek en onze wensen en er werd een mooi programma op een mooie locatie uitgewerkt. Door de tropische temperaturen met bijhorende hittemaatregelen werd heel flexibel omgegaan met last-minute aanpassingen en werd er voortdurend geschakeld en gezocht naar oplossingen en alternatieven. Flexibiliteit, betrouwbaarheid en klantengedrevenheid zijn hier geen loze woorden.

They certainly didn't steal their name. Within a timeframe that was actually far too short to launch an entirely new segment, together with Robin, Greet, and the entire To The Point team, we staged two magnificent events in Belgium and the Netherlands.
From the first briefing, we felt we were in good hands. A strong concept proposal was quickly put on the table, and we immediately noticed that we were on the same wavelength. Our ideas were not only understood but also further refined and translated into a clear, professional, and feasible plan. That gave us a lot of confidence right from the start.
The collaboration was also particularly pleasant throughout the entire preparation phase. Nothing was too much trouble. Ze hebben hun naam absoluut niet gestolen. Op een termijn die eigenlijk veel te kort was om een volledig nieuw segment te lanceren, hebben we samen met Robin, Greet en het volledige team van To The Point twee schitterende events neergezet in België en Nederland.
Vanaf de eerste briefing voelden we dat we in goede handen waren. Er kwam snel een sterk conceptvoorstel op tafel en we merkten meteen dat we op dezelfde golflengte zaten. Onze ideeën werden niet alleen begrepen, maar ook verder aangescherpt en vertaald naar een duidelijk, professioneel en haalbaar plan. Dat gaf vanaf het begin veel vertrouwen.

Iemand had To The Point aangeraden, en vanaf het eerste moment voelden we een "klik". Bechtle Workplace Summit

At the end of September we organised our second Bechtle Workplace Summit, and for the first time with To The Point Events as a partner. We asked them to organise an event with us for a special IT audience, with a whole range of partners who all had to have a place in the whole.

The highlight? Three beautiful experience greenhouses, set up in a cool market hall. The location was great and everything came into its own just as we had imagined it. To The Point Events not only gave us advice that we could really use, but also made sure that we could enjoy the day itself with peace of mind. Because let's be honest: such a day is always hectic, full of unexpected situations that need to be solved. But Jan and his team really gave us the feeling that everything was under control and that we could tackle even the biggest problems. And they did!
The result? The day went smoothly, clients and colleagues enjoyed themselves, and the event was a great success. Of course, we took some lessons with us for next year – there is always room for improvement. But one thing is for sure: we are super happy with To The Point Events as a partner. They were always available, ready to support us and brought the necessary fun with them. In between all the hustle and bustle, we even had time for some fun selfie moments, which made the day unforgettable!

Eind september organiseerden we onze tweede Bechtle Workplace Summit, en dit voor de eerste keer met To The Point Events als partner. We vroegen hen om samen met ons een event te organiseren voor een speciaal IT-publiek, met een hele reeks partners die allemaal een plekje moesten krijgen in het geheel.

Het hoogtepunt? Drie prachtige experience greenhouses, opgezet in een toffe markthal. De locatie was top en alles kwam mooi tot zijn recht zoals we het hadden uitgedacht. To The Point Events gaf ons niet alleen advies waar we echt iets aan hadden, maar zorgde er ook voor dat we op de dag zelf met een gerust hart konden genieten. Want laten we eerlijk zijn: zo’n dag is altijd hectisch, vol onverwachte situaties die opgelost moeten worden. Maar Jan en zijn team gaven ons echt het gevoel dat álles onder controle was en dat we zelfs de grootste problemen konden tackelen. En dat deden ze ook!
Het resultaat? De dag verliep soepel, klanten en collega’s hadden het naar hun zin, en het event was een groot succes. Natuurlijk hebben we weer wat learnings meegenomen voor volgend jaar – er is altijd ruimte voor verbetering. Maar één ding is zeker: we zijn super tevreden over To The Point Events als partner. Ze waren altijd beschikbaar, stonden klaar om ons te ondersteunen en brachten de nodige fun met hen mee. Tussen alle drukte door hadden we zelfs tijd voor wat gezellige selfie-momenten, waardoor de dag onvergetelijk werd!

We were looking for someone who could help us with an accessible but fun team building. Through word of mouth we ended up at To The Point Events.
There was only a limited budget, but that didn't bother them. From the first moment they thought along with us so that we still had a nice afternoon.
The games they had developed fully met what we had in mind. On the day itself, Anneleen & her colleague set up the games with great enthusiasm and led them in the right direction. Robin and his team from To The Point Events ensured the flawless organization of our staff party. They enthusiastically participated in our creative process beforehand, the concept was worked out down to the last detail and they provided tons of good options themselves. So we got a tailor-made event that fully met our needs, supplemented with their expertise and experience. Even during busy periods they always found a moment to reconcile, we could always turn to them with doubts for well-founded advice and during the evening itself we only had to occupy ourselves with having fun. It was great to see everything run smoothly and to see the initial ideas come to fruition so beautifully at the party. And not unimportant, it's just one big team of fun, creative and good-natured people who know how to get things done. As far as we are concerned, this is definitely a collaboration worth repeating!

En ook niet onbelangrijk, het is gewoon één groot team van leuke, creatieve en goedgemutste mensen die van aanpakken weten. Wat ons betreft zeker een samenwerking die voor herhaling vatbaar is!

This private B2B event was for 300 people in a showroom that was also open to the general public that same day and the day after. As an organizer you can fully count on them. We have had a very pleasant and professional collaboration with To The Point Events. In the run-up to our event, we had several meetings to clarify all technical and content-related aspects in detail. For our annual BouwForum we collaborated with To The Point Events for the third time and this time too it turned out to be a bull's eye. New this year is that we had to keep our BouwForum in a digital context as a result of corona. And yet we attracted visitors virtually as during a live event. This was partly due to To The Point Events' professional and creative way of working. They are always willing to go the extra mile to make our event a success.

Together with To The Point Events (TTPE) we organized a cocktail / mocktail evening. The support from TTPE has been fantastic. All work was taken off our hands. We received the tribe boxes on time at the home address and only had to log in to our zoom to have a very nice get-together under the guidance of a professional cocktail shaker. Thank you TTPE for the great service, the extensive range, the flexibility and the very smooth communication !!! About 100 employees were very enthusiastic here!

We ontvingen de tribe boxen tijdig op het thuis-adres en dienden enkel in te loggen op onze zoom om - onder leiding van een professionele cocktail-shaker - een erg leuk samenzijn te hebben. We gingen overtuigd in zee met TTPE. Hun voorbereidende offerte was meer dan alleen wat getalletjes, ze gaven meteen ook al een stuk van hun engagement mee. Hybrid event more than successful!

Thanks to TTPE, our hybrid event became a TOP edition! Because of C-19 we could not physically let our annual event take place, but no one would have thought that a digital event from the living room could be so interactive. TTPE has already organized various events for us: staff parties, family days, openings, teambuildings ... Each time with the same amount of care, creativity, optimism, an eye for details, flexibility, commitment, ... We know that we can count on them, and it is always a relief to be able to fully enjoy ourselves during our events, knowing that TTPE has everything under control. During the briefing for a new event, they make time to listen to your wishes and expectations and they always succeed in working out the messages and atmosphere just (or better!) TTPE heeft al verschillende events voor ons georganiseerd: personeelsfeesten, familiedagen, openingen, teambuildings... Telkens met even veel zorg, creativiteit, optimisme, oog voor details, flexibiliteit, betrokkenheid, ... We weten dat we op hen kunnen rekenen, en het is telkens een verademing om zelf ook volop te kunnen genieten tijdens onze events wetende dat TTPE alles onder controle heeft. Bij de briefing voor een nieuw event, maken ze tijd om naar je wensen en verwachtingen te luisteren en ze slagen er telkens in om de boodschappen en sfeer uit te werken net (of beter!) zoals je die in gedachten had... Budgetten worden ook altijd gerespecteerd, en heel transparant en regelmatig gedeeld. Geen vraag is te veel, ook als het snel moet gaan (en dat gebeurt wel eens vaker ;-)).
Na de laatste personeelsfeesten dacht ik telkens "waauw, dit was AF, dit kan onmogelijk overtroffen worden" en het jaar daarna bewijzen ze weer het tegendeel. Reinhilde, Bart, en het volledige TTPE team: Ik vind het superfijn om met jullie samen te werken!
