Sparrow Beginnings

Sparrow Beginnings is a family-run wedding venue set in the Oklahoma countryside near Stillwater. Its grounds offer several settings for ceremonies and celebrations, giving couples a choice of indoor and outdoor spaces for different parts of the day. The Grand Hall provides a large indoor setting for receptions, dining and dancing, while the outdoor options include a gazebo, the Promenade and Prairie Song, a natural amphitheatre reached by a stone aisle.

The property is arranged to support more than the ceremony itself. A bridal suite and a separate groom's suite give wedding parties space to get ready, and the venue includes a caterer's preparation kitchen, bar facilities, tables and chairs, a stage, indoor and outdoor sound equipment, and projection screens. Couples can also rent decor items on site. The grounds span 30 acres and include landscaped areas for outdoor ceremonies and photographs.

Venue hire is offered for the day, with access to the property from morning until midnight. Couples can arrange a tour and check dates directly with the venue. Sparrow Beginnings also maintains a preferred list of local wedding suppliers, including caterers, photographers, florists and planners, while allowing organisers to choose their own vendors.

For guests or wedding parties who would like to stay nearby, two self-catering cottages, The Nest and The Roost, are available to rent. Each has a king-size bed, kitchen, bathroom and sofa bed. These cottages are an optional accommodation extra alongside the venue's main wedding offering.
