Carré du Perche is a performance and reception venue in Mortagne-au-Perche, offering its spaces to organisers of cultural, professional and commercial events. Its flexible layout can accommodate a wide range of formats, from shows and concerts to conferences, seminars, trade fairs, meetings, annual general meetings and dinner dances.
The site brings together several complementary spaces. The performance hall can be arranged to suit different needs, with retractable tiered seating and partitions that make it possible to adjust the floor area and capacity. It can accommodate a seated or standing audience, or be cleared for an event held on the floor. An equipped stage and spaces for welcoming performers make it easier to prepare shows and presentations.
The Forum de la Communauté offers another option for conferences, exhibitions, trade fairs and meals. This divisible space includes, among other features, an independent entrance, a bar, a professional kitchen and a cold room. The reception hall can be used for a drinks reception, a vin d'honneur or an opening event, on its own or alongside the other rooms. Cloakrooms and a large car park complete the facilities.
Organisers can therefore bring several key moments together in one place, for example a conference followed by an informal gathering, or a trade fair with a separate reception area. Air conditioning in some spaces, ramp or loading-bay access to the stage, and the rooms' flexible layouts help tailor the venue to the planned event. Located in the Perche, Carré du Perche is suited to organisations, associations and businesses looking for a large-capacity space to bring their project to life.
