Rue Basse, La Prairie, 35580 Guignen, France

In Guignen, the municipality makes two halls available at the La Prairie site for parties, receptions and other events. The salle des Grands Chênes is the largest space on the site. It includes a 382 m² reception hall with a stage and two dressing rooms, as well as a foyer with a bar. A covered terrace extends the indoor spaces and provides an additional area, depending on the needs of the event.
The facilities make it easier to organise events on site: a control room with sound system and microphones, and a fully equipped kitchen with ovens, a cooker, a cold room and a dishwasher. Crockery is not included. Tables and chairs are available, and users arrange them themselves. The stated maximum capacity of the salle des Grands Chênes is 400 people, provided that safety instructions are followed and the chosen layout is respected.
The site has a car park with 92 spaces, including two reserved for people with reduced mobility. The municipality also offers the salle des Roseaux, another community hall on the same site. The halls can host private individuals for family celebrations, as well as associations, businesses and public organisations for their events, subject to rental conditions and availability. Booking requests should be sent to the town hall, specifying the hall required, the date and the number of participants. Rates and rules of use are available from the municipality.
