Glema Mahr Center for the Arts

Glema Mahr Center for the Arts is a performing arts venue on the Madisonville Community College campus in Madisonville, Kentucky. Its programme brings live performance and visual arts to local audiences, with productions spanning music, dance, theatre and family entertainment. The centre also supports arts education through school performances and activities for students and educators.

At the heart of the building is an auditorium seating up to 929 people, with a stage suited to theatrical productions, concerts, talks and other gatherings. The centre also adapts its stage for smaller chamber music and coffeehouse performances, creating a more intimate setting for audiences. Its Anne P. Baker Gallery hosts changing exhibitions by local, regional and national artists, and offers an additional cultural space within the centre.

Alongside its own programme, the centre hosts graduations, college functions and community events for schools and not-for-profit organisations. Event organisers considering the venue can enquire with the team about technical and production matters. The auditorium has accessible seating and facilities, including wheelchair locations, accessible parking and restrooms, and assistive listening support. These features make it a useful setting for arts performances, educational occasions and community gatherings in the Madisonville area. The centre's programme and gallery exhibitions change throughout the year, so organisers and visitors can check current details directly with the venue.
