Open Door Venue

Open Door Venue is a privately bookable event space in downtown Pryor, Oklahoma, suited to couples, families, businesses and community groups. Its flexible rooms and welcoming setting can be arranged for weddings, receptions, family reunions, birthday parties, baby and wedding showers, class reunions, dances, graduation celebrations, holiday dinners and celebrations of life. The venue also welcomes organisations looking for a place to hold regular meetings.

For weddings, the venue offers a courtyard, a stage area and a large room that can be set up for a ceremony and then changed into a reception space with room for dancing. A bridal suite gives the wedding party a private place to prepare, with its own bathroom and areas for hair and make-up. Tables and chairs are provided, with the arrangement tailored to the event. Couples can also ask about decorative options such as tablecloths, centrepieces, an arbor, aisle pieces, chair sashes and a floral chandelier.

The meeting facilities can be arranged for conference-style seating or dining. The Webster Grand includes a stage, sound system and large presentation screen, while Wi-Fi and a catering kitchen are available with the rental. Additional options include a portable speaker and microphone, a coffee bar, glassware and cutlery. Organisers can discuss their plans with the venue and select the room setup and extras that suit their gathering. Open Door Venue also operates The Nook, and rents a private party room described as suitable for groups of around 20 to 120 people.
