Moonlight & Mistletoe

Moonlight & Mistletoe, part of Meji Media Events Group, creates Christmas party experiences for businesses in Birmingham and beyond. Its Birmingham programme centres on shared festive party nights at the ICC, where teams can reserve a table and join other groups for an evening of dining, entertainment and dancing. The organiser also offers exclusive hire for companies that want a private celebration, with options to tailor the event to their group.

Packages can bring together a three-course meal, themed styling, live entertainment, a DJ and production elements such as sound and lighting. Depending on the chosen package, organisers can also enquire about drinks options, reception experiences, photography, hosts and additional entertainment. The events team supports clients with arrangements such as guest numbers, table bookings and the details of the evening.

For a private Christmas celebration, the team can help shape a more bespoke event, including entertainment, theming, menu choices and event coordination. The company also promotes private festive party planning at venues beyond Birmingham, with venue sourcing and production support available for organisations seeking a tailored celebration.

This service is suited to event planners, office managers and businesses arranging a seasonal celebration for colleagues or clients. Organisers can choose between joining a scheduled shared party night or discussing an exclusive event for their organisation. The ICC is the Birmingham host venue, while Moonlight & Mistletoe provides the party concept and event delivery.
