Het Ervaringsrijk: by doing, you learn, you experience!
Not standard team building, but an experience that suits your team.
At Het Ervaringsrijk, we believe in the power of teams and that we can strengthen them through experiential training. By this, we mean that you learn the most by experiencing and doing things yourself and together.
Every team is different and has its own needs and challenges. How does your team really work together, or where does your challenge lie? That’s why we start with an introductory conversation in which we explore together what is going on within the team and what you want to achieve. Based on that, we tailor the team building to your specific needs and focus it on your specific question. With tailor-made game exercises and challenging tasks, we make it visible how a team communicates, makes choices and works together. By reflecting on what happens during the exercises, new insights emerge that the team can take into everyday practice.
We create an experience that moves you, gets you thinking and invites change!
