Vintage Ballroom

Vintage Ballroom is a historic event venue in Omaha's Old Market, available to organisers planning weddings and other private celebrations. Set in a restored former industrial building, the ballroom features an open loft layout, exposed brick, original timber floors and prominent wooden pillars. Its characterful interior provides a distinctive backdrop for ceremonies, receptions and parties, while the flexible space can be styled to suit different themes and approaches.

Couples can hold both their ceremony and reception at the venue. A key advantage for planners is the freedom to select their own suppliers: the venue does not require a particular caterer or impose a fixed food package. Organisers can also bring their own alcohol, giving them greater control over the arrangements and overall event budget. Tables, chairs, linen and decorative items are available as part of the venue offering, helping with the practical set-up as well as the look of the room.

The team also offers event support such as day-of coordination, DJ services and photo booth hire. The location in the Old Market puts hotels, restaurants, nightlife and photo opportunities within walking distance, which can make it easier to plan guest activities around the celebration. Organisers can enquire about a tour or consultation to discuss the space and event requirements.

Alongside venue hire, Vintage Ballroom operates as a dance studio, teaching partner dance styles and offering wedding dance lessons. This provides a useful extra for couples preparing for their first dance, while the ballroom itself remains the central offering for event planners seeking a distinctive Omaha venue.
