Ahoi Artists & Events & Tunes

Lilienthalstraße 16, 10965 Berlin, Germany

AHOI Artists & Events & Tunes is a Berlin-based artist agency and production partner for event organisers. The team represents artists from different countries, cultures and disciplines. Its services include musicians and bands, DJs, theatre, dance, literature and visual arts. Event planners can enquire about suitable acts for concerts, festivals and other cultural events, and get support with putting a programme together.

As well as representing individual artists, AHOI also develops and produces its own concert series, festivals and cultural events. Its work brings together music and art with social and intercultural themes. This creates programmes that can bring together different perspectives and audiences.

AHOI also offers event management and practical support with delivery for external organisers. This includes concept development, logistics, catering, staffing, public relations, stage and room design, and technical equipment. The service is aimed at event planners who want to book individual artists as well as find support across several areas of production for their event.

AHOI works with an extensive network of artists and supports events of different sizes and a range of programme ideas. Its focus is on cultural events featuring live music and a variety of artistic contributions. The office is in Berlin-Kreuzberg. Organisers can contact the team with a specific enquiry about artist booking, programme development or event production.
