The Haven at Cedar Grove

The Haven at Cedar Grove is a wedding-focused venue set on 65 secluded acres in Ohio's Hocking Hills. Its wooded grounds provide a scenic setting for outdoor ceremonies and gatherings, while a custom-built log lodge offers more than 5,000 square feet of climate-controlled indoor space for receptions and other celebrations. The venue can host large weddings, with capacity advertised at over 275 guests, and also welcomes family reunions and other events.

Couples can choose from indoor and outdoor ceremony locations, then personalise their celebration with wedding packages and optional services. Packages include use of the event spaces, tables, chairs and linens, audio-visual equipment, setup and teardown of venue-provided items, and access to a collection of decor couples can borrow. Bar service is available, and food must be supplied by a licensed, insured caterer approved by Cedar Grove. Coordination and more extensive planning support can also be added.

A distinctive feature is the walkable accommodation on the same property. Six cabins and two lodges provide overnight stays for up to 85 guests, making it possible to gather for a wedding weekend rather than only the reception. Couples can also enquire about rehearsal dinners, welcome gatherings and farewell brunches.
