De Commanderie is an event agency in Tilburg that supports corporate and private clients in organising a wide range of gatherings. The team can take care of the entire production, from the initial idea and practical preparations to delivery on the day itself. This could be a company party, staff gathering, anniversary, open day, wedding or another special occasion. Clients can discuss their wishes and objectives, after which the team develops a suitable plan and coordinates the different elements.
An event can take place at its own Gasterij on the outskirts of Tilburg, at another event venue or at a location chosen by the client. Gasterij has five rooms, each with its own terrace, as well as play areas and a range of options for gatherings. This makes it suitable for groups and occasions of all kinds. For events at other venues, De Commanderie can also provide equipment, furniture, decorations and transport.
The food and drink offering is an important part of the service. The kitchen team prepares dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients and provides catering at its own venue, at clients' homes or at an external location. Staff can also be provided, and the layout can be tailored to the programme and guests. This allows organisers to entrust a range of practical requirements to one experienced team. De Commanderie helps create the desired atmosphere, takes care of the organisation and production, and helps tailor the event to both its purpose and its audience.
