Achterdeck im Crefelder Ruder-Club

Bataverstraße 10-12, 47809 Krefeld, Germany

Achterdeck is an event venue in the boathouse of Crefelder Ruder-Club on the Rhine in Krefeld. The large hall, with its bar, fireplace and parquet flooring, provides an atmospheric setting for celebrations. Large windows offer views of the Rhine and the Lower Rhine countryside. The indoor space is complemented by a sheltered courtyard with a Mediterranean feel.

The venue is aimed at event planners looking for a place to host weddings, birthdays, anniversaries and other private celebrations. Companies can also hold summer parties, Christmas parties and other business events here. Weddings are a particular speciality: a riverside setting is available for humanist wedding ceremonies. If the weather is unsuitable, the room layout can be adapted so that the celebration can take place indoors.

The team supports organisers from the initial enquiry through to the event itself, offering personal advice and on-site service. Food and drink can be planned to suit the occasion. The rooms are operated as a venue and are available for celebrations and events. As Achterdeck is part of the rowing club's boathouse, it combines the use of a distinctive clubhouse with a location directly on the Rhine. Guests who are not members of the rowing club can also enquire about hiring the venue for their event. Those interested can get in touch and make booking enquiries via the business page.
