Kingsfield Barn

Kingsfield Barn is an exclusive-use venue on a working farm near Linlithgow, offering a countryside setting for weddings, receptions and selected corporate events. Its two connected barns can be arranged to suit different event formats, from a ceremony and seated meal to an evening celebration. The adjoining spaces allow organisers to create distinct areas for different parts of the day, while outdoor areas provide options for ceremonies, drinks receptions and food trucks.

The venue is hired as a dry-hire space, giving organisers flexibility to shape the event and bring in suppliers. Recommended catering partners are available, and couples may also ask about using another caterer subject to the venue's requirements. Hire options range from the venue itself to packages with added furniture, set-up, coordination and styling. The team offers viewings and planning support, with exclusive access and one event per weekend.

For weddings, the barns can host a ceremony on site or a reception following a ceremony elsewhere. The venue states capacity of up to 250 guests for a seated wedding breakfast and up to 300 for an evening reception. Its flexible layout can be adjusted for different guest numbers, with sample floor plans provided to help organisers consider arrangements. Facilities and hire options include a stage, bar areas, a bridal room, heating, lighting, Wi-Fi and wheelchair-friendly access. The site also has parking, and coaches can reach the venue.

Set within reach of Edinburgh and Glasgow, Kingsfield Barn combines a rural location with access to Central Scotland's transport routes. It is suited to couples seeking a customisable barn wedding venue, as well as organisers planning a corporate reception or celebration in a private, dedicated setting.
