Barrington Downs Clubhouse

Barrington Downs Clubhouse is a community facility in Florissant, Missouri, available for private rental by homeowners in good standing. It provides a place for residents to host social gatherings and meetings within the Barrington Downs community. As access is tied to homeowner status, organisers should check the clubhouse's eligibility requirements before making plans, rather than assume that the space is available for general public hire.

The clubhouse includes a lounge area with a stone fireplace and large windows, giving residents an indoor setting for get-togethers. The association also permits certain recurring daytime social activities and meetings to take place without a usage fee, subject to its non-fee use policy. These activities include groups such as book clubs, card clubs, discussion groups, chess clubs and handicraft groups. A request form and policy information are available through the clubhouse office.

Rental availability, fees and restrictions should be confirmed directly with the office before settling on a date. The clubhouse maintains a calendar of events, and organisers are expected to check that their preferred time is available. The venue is part of a residential association, so its rental arrangements and permitted uses may differ from those of a commercial function venue. Its role is best suited to eligible local homeowners planning a gathering or meeting for their community, rather than event planners seeking a venue open to unrestricted public bookings.
