The 408 Saratoga

The 408 Saratoga is a private event venue on the second floor above Cantina in downtown Saratoga Springs. Large windows look out over Broadway, while the contemporary room offers a welcoming setting for weddings, rehearsal dinners, showers, milestone celebrations, cocktail parties and business gatherings.

The space can host up to 150 guests for a cocktail-style event, with formal dining for up to 64. Couples can also arrange a more intimate wedding ceremony and reception, with support from an on-site event coordinator. The team can help with timelines, room layouts, decor planning, vendor arrangements and coordination on the day, giving organisers a clear point of contact throughout the preparations.

Food is prepared in the venue's dedicated kitchen, with menus ranging from buffets and seated dinners to brunches, lunches and cocktail-party selections. Dishes and packages can be tailored to suit the occasion, including dietary requirements. Full-service bar options are available, and event staffing can include a coordinator, bartender and servers.

The venue provides tables, chairs, linen, tableware and glassware, along with a custom audiovisual system, surround-sound music, wireless microphones, screens and Wi-Fi. A lounge area, adjustable lighting, coat room and accessible lift add practical flexibility. Wedding bookings may also include rooftop access for couple portraits, subject to weather and availability. Its central location puts nearby hotels, parking and downtown nightlife within walking distance, making it a convenient choice for organisers planning a gathering in Saratoga Springs.
