AKRS Champions Club

AKRS Champions Club is a bookable event venue in Lincoln, Nebraska, just across the street from Memorial Stadium. Operated by the Nebraska Alumni Association, it welcomes community and campus groups as well as alumni and friends. The venue is available for weddings, receptions, business meetings, seminars, conferences, banquets and other private gatherings.

Its event spaces include the Great Hall, with floor-to-ceiling windows and a veranda overlooking the stadium, and the Plaza, a more casual lower-level space with an open-air pavilion. The rooms can be hired individually or together, allowing organisers to choose a layout suited to their guest list and occasion. The club can host everything from smaller meetings to larger celebrations, with event rental information describing groups of 15 to 325 guests.

Organisers can choose from a selection of local caterers, while venue staff help coordinate event details. Room rental includes audio-visual equipment and support, a dance floor and an on-site event manager. Standard linens and china may be available through the caterer when minimum food purchases are met. Parking is available for some evening and weekend events, and daytime guests can use a nearby parking garage.

The club also operates as a Husker football game-day hospitality venue, but private event rental is a separate offering. Its stadium setting, choice of room styles and in-house planning support make it a practical option for couples, businesses and organisations arranging an event in Lincoln.
