Schloss und Schlossgarten Schwetzingen

Am Schloß, 68723 Schwetzingen, Germany

Schlosstheater Schwetzingen is an exceptional event venue in the city's historic palace complex. The theatre combines the character of a Rococo palace with a permanently installed stage and a traditional auditorium. It offers event planners a special setting for performances, concerts, readings and other stage productions. The palace rooms can also host conferences, talks, presentations and film screenings.

Schlosstheater covers around 190 square metres and can accommodate up to 512 people in rows of seats. Its historic design, distinctive acoustics and classical theatre architecture give events a unique atmosphere. Adjoining halls serve as a foyer and circulation areas, helping to welcome guests.

Beyond the theatre, further indoor and outdoor areas are available to hire in the palace and gardens at Schloss und Schlossgarten Schwetzingen. The rooms vary in size and style and are suitable for receptions, celebrations, conferences or outdoor events, depending on the format. Companies, agencies and private event organisers can find out about the available rooms and how they can be used, and request a tailored quote.

The rental service is managed by Schlossverwaltung Schwetzingen. Depending on the event, additional services and organisational requirements may apply, such as seating, event staff, technical equipment or catering. This makes it possible to arrange a suitable setting for a range of event formats in the palace complex.
