Waverly Estate

Waverly Estate is a historic wedding and event venue in Lunenburg, Virginia, where couples and organisers can bring guests together across a collection of indoor and outdoor spaces. The estate’s characterful house and grounds provide a distinctive setting, with ceremony choices including a garden beneath mature trees, a historic chapel and the greenhouse-inspired reception building.

The reception space can be adapted to the occasion, with doors that open towards the gardens or close to create a more sheltered atmosphere. Couples can choose packages for a single day or make more time for their celebration with a weekend wedding. Weekend options include access for a rehearsal and preparations, and overnight accommodation is available at the estate and nearby properties. The estate’s wedding packages can also include services such as catering, a DJ, desserts, linens and a wedding coordinator, helping couples bring key arrangements together in one place.

Waverly Estate also welcomes private and corporate gatherings beyond weddings. Its spaces can suit celebrations such as showers, birthdays, anniversaries and quinceañeras, as well as corporate events and retreats. Smaller occasions can make use of the historic house or chapel, while the greenhouse can host larger dinners and parties. A separate event space in nearby Victoria is another option for rehearsal dinners, showers and other gatherings. With a range of venues, accommodation and event packages, organisers can enquire about a setting and format that fits their plans.
