The Rose Court Ballroom

The Rose Court Ballroom is an event venue in Tampa, Florida, with two rooms for private celebrations and gatherings. Its larger ballroom suits weddings and bigger occasions, while the smaller Meridian Room provides a more intimate setting for birthdays, showers, dinner parties and meetings. The spaces can also be used together, which gives organisers the option to host different parts of an event or separate activities at the same time.

The Grand Ballroom is described as suitable for around 160-200 guests, while the Meridian Room is intended for approximately 60-80. The larger room includes access to a dressing suite, and both spaces have their own restrooms. Organisers can bring their preferred suppliers, or ask about the venue's available options and event packages.

Packages range from venue essentials to more detailed styling. Depending on the selected option, inclusions may cover tables and chairs, linens, napkins, centrepieces, lighting, a stage, draping and designated buffet or cake tables. Setup, breakdown and post-event cleaning are also included in some packages. The venue offers event coordination, concierge support and design assistance, with a planning session available in package options. Custom touches such as welcome signs and invitation design can help shape the event to suit the occasion.

The Rose Court welcomes wedding celebrations as well as birthdays, showers and other special events. Complimentary parking is available, and tours are arranged by appointment. Located on East Busch Boulevard, the venue offers organisers a choice of room sizes, package levels and supplier arrangements for events in the Tampa area.
