Domaine de Baldassé

Baldassé, 12400 Saint-Affrique, France

In the heart of the Grands Causses Regional Nature Park, Domaine de Baldassé hosts weddings, family gatherings, private celebrations and business events across a large private estate, reserved for one group at a time. This exclusive use gives organisers the freedom to enjoy the spaces in peace, in a rural setting surrounded by woodland and meadows.

The large reception hall, measuring around 400 m², can accommodate guests for a seated meal or a cocktail reception. It includes a bar, a dance floor and a catering kitchen. Other spaces offer a choice of settings and formats: an orangery opening onto the surrounding countryside, a lounge bar with a fireplace, and a pool house with a bar and terrace. A nomad tent provides another option for hosting guests. For meetings and seminars, the estate also offers spaces suited to both small working groups and larger gatherings.

Guests can stay on site in villas, gîtes, rooms and chalets spread throughout the estate. Depending on the arrangement chosen, the accommodation can host a large group, making it easier to organise a wedding or residential event over several days. A swimming pool, a wellness area with a spa, sauna and hammam, a gym and activities for discovering the area all contribute to moments of relaxation. The estate therefore offers event planners a single venue for bringing together a reception, accommodation and time spent socialising, close to Saint-Affrique and Millau.
