GETEC-Arena in Magdeburg is a versatile event venue for large public events and business events. Organisers can enquire about using the arena for concerts, shows, sporting events and other formats. Depending on the event concept and layout, various seating configurations are available, including concert seating and standing concert layouts. The operator's plans show several thousand seats for some concert layouts, while standing concerts can also accommodate large audiences.

As well as the main hall, there are various lounges and rooms for smaller events. These include spaces for receptions, banquets, conferences and business meetings. The GETEC-Lounge, for example, can accommodate a banquet for up to 132 people. Other rooms, such as the SCM-Lounge, the Contigo areas and the Klaus-Miesner-Lounge, add to the range of options. This means the arena can be used not only for events with large audiences, but also for selected smaller occasions.

For planning purposes, the operator provides floor plans, seating plans and technical documents. These include information on rigging and event requirements, which help event planners prepare stage, technical and audience areas. The venue is accessible by public transport, and parking is available close to the arena. A dedicated sales team is on hand to answer enquiries about availability, rooms and event details. Organisers can work with the team to agree on the right space and layout for their event.
