The Hoagland Hayloft

The Hoagland Hayloft is a rural event venue in Hoagland, Indiana, offering a welcoming setting for weddings, receptions, banquets and other group celebrations. Its two-storey hall can accommodate gatherings of up to 500 guests, with space for dining, speeches, live music and dancing. The layout includes a bar and buffet area, guest seating, a stage and a dance floor, with heating and air conditioning for events throughout the year.

Couples can use the property for different parts of their wedding day, with indoor and outdoor areas for ceremonies and receptions. The venue also welcomes family reunions, graduation celebrations, holiday parties, community dinners and corporate events such as meetings, training sessions and company parties. Its seven-acre grounds include a pond, pavilion, open fields and trees, giving organisers outdoor space for photographs and time with guests.

The Hayloft offers catering and menu options, along with a bar, and provides basic décor and backdrops as part of its venue bookings. The hall's rustic character and open interior give organisers a flexible starting point for both casual and more formal occasions. A stage and dance floor support entertainment and evening celebrations, while the grounds offer a quieter country setting around the main hall.

Located about 15 minutes from Fort Wayne, the venue serves couples, families, businesses and community organisers looking for an event space with room for a substantial guest list. Organisers can contact the team to discuss dates, arrange a tour and request pricing and menu information.
