Clark County Event Center at the Fairgrounds

Clark County Event Center at the Fairgrounds is a multi-purpose venue in Ridgefield, Washington, offering indoor and outdoor spaces for organisers of trade shows, expos, competitions, festivals and other events. Its location near Interstate 5, north of Portland, provides convenient access for regional events, with extensive on-site parking and facilities for loading equipment.

The main Exhibition Hall provides 97,200 square feet of open, column-free space. Movable partitions allow organisers to configure the hall in several layouts, while loading bays, roll-up doors, rigging points and a range of power and data connections support exhibitions and event production. A climate-controlled lobby, ticket booths, restrooms and concession areas are also available. Adjacent South Halls offer additional enclosed space for exhibits, specialist events and event support.

For equestrian, canine and small-animal gatherings, the Dr. Jack Giesy Equestrian Arena includes show and warm-up areas, spectator seating, a PA system, wash facilities and nearby stabling. The grounds also feature a grandstand and outdoor areas that can be hired for larger gatherings, sporting events, vehicle shows, fairs and festivals. Parking lots may be available for activities such as runs, sales and driver training.

Organisers can enquire about availability and rental arrangements through the venue's facility booking process. The centre also identifies approved providers for services including catering, decorating, security, sound and staging, and electrical work. With spaces suited to different formats and event sizes, the venue can accommodate both public and private bookings.
