Ville de La Riche - Salle des fêtes Jean-Marie-Bia

6 Rue du Petit Plessis, 37520 La Riche, France

The Jean-Marie-Bialy function hall, made available by the City of La Riche, hosts private events, events organised by associations and business events. It is suitable for family celebrations, birthdays, weddings, banquets, meetings, bingo, conferences, training sessions and seminars. The number of guests it can accommodate varies depending on the layout chosen: the hall can seat up to 150 people with space for dancing, 180 people seated without this layout, accommodate 300 conference attendees or hold 900 people standing. The permitted capacity depends on the chosen arrangement and safety regulations.
The hire includes the main hall and can be extended to include several ancillary spaces: a foyer, a cloakroom, a bar, a small room and, depending on the package, a kitchen. The furniture allows for various layouts, including arrangements for meals, bingo and conferences. The hall also has a projection screen, a conference-style sound system and a bar with refrigerated cabinets. A video projector can be hired as an optional extra. The fully equipped kitchen is included in the package that covers all the ancillary spaces, while crockery is not provided by the local council.
Bookings are available for half a day, a full day or several days, subject to time slots and availability. Individuals, associations and businesses can submit a request to the town hall, with prices varying according to the organiser's category and the package selected. The hall is located on rue du Petit Plessis in La Riche, giving organisers access to a versatile municipal venue for bringing guests together for a sociable event or a business meeting.
