Linden Hill Historic Estate

Linden Hill Historic Estate offers a distinctive historic setting for weddings, retreats and private gatherings in Little Falls, Minnesota. The estate brings together two neighbouring mansions dating from 1898, landscaped grounds overlooking the Mississippi River and event spaces with period character. Organisers can choose between outdoor celebrations on the grounds, a gathering in the Musser Mansion, or a combination of indoor and outdoor spaces.

Wedding options include larger seasonal celebrations for up to 300 guests, as well as smaller, year-round packages for gatherings of up to 75. Depending on the package, facilities can include the pavilion, the mansion's main floor and lower level, a bridal suite, kitchen access, tables and chairs, sound equipment, Wi-Fi and bar service. Some packages also include an on-site staff member to assist with venue logistics. Deluxe wedding packages offer overnight accommodation for up to 25 guests, with access to the Musser Mansion for as many as three nights.

The estate also welcomes retreats, reunions and other private events. The Musser property includes a conference room for groups of up to 50, while the mansion's main floor can accommodate larger gatherings. Day rental choices make it possible to book a room or event space for a shorter occasion, subject to availability and booking conditions. Organisers can request a tailored quote for their event and discuss which spaces and options suit their plans.

Alongside its event offering, Linden Hill preserves the history of the Musser and Weyerhaeuser families. The Weyerhaeuser Mansion hosts seasonal historic tours, while the estate grounds provide a memorable backdrop for celebrations and gatherings.
