The Aurora at Vinewood

The Aurora at Vinewood is a historic event venue in Topeka, Kansas, set on just over five acres near Lake Shawnee. Its origins date to 1889, and the property now welcomes couples, businesses and other organisers looking for a distinctive place to gather. Weddings are a key part of its offering, alongside business events, meetings, birthday celebrations and anniversaries.

The venue offers a setting for ceremonies and receptions, as well as occasions that call for a relaxed, characterful space. Organisers can discuss their plans with the venue team and arrange a tour to explore the property and consider how it might suit their event. Its wedding service is designed to give couples choices, with options that can be selected to suit their plans and budget.

Some supporting services are available in-house. These include bar options, social-hour activities and limited floral design. Couples can also make use of a décor room stocked with pieces to help shape the look of their celebration. Having these services available at the venue can help simplify planning, while still allowing organisers to choose what they need.

With its historic character, updated facilities and leafy grounds, The Aurora at Vinewood provides a flexible backdrop for both personal celebrations and business gatherings. Event planners can contact the team to discuss availability, services and the arrangements best suited to their occasion.
