The Vieux Tilleul multipurpose hall is a municipal facility located in the town center of Coursac. The town makes it available to residents and associations for parties, meals, and other private or community gatherings. Reservations are subject to approval by the town hall and the hall's availability. Town regulations restrict rentals to Coursac residents and prohibit commercial events, except in certain cases involving associations.

The venue includes a large hall that can accommodate up to 200 people, with tables and chairs, as well as a removable stage. Depending on your needs, the hall can be rented with or without a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a cold room, a range cooker, and a dishwasher. The premises also include an entrance hall with a cloakroom, restrooms (including accessible toilets), and a small room in the basement, which is offered separately on the booking form.

Applications must be submitted to the town hall using the provided form. Organizers must specify the nature of their event, the desired date, the number of participants, and the spaces or equipment required. Liability insurance and security deposits are also required. Conditions and rates are set by the municipality and may vary. To check availability and applicable terms for a given date, please contact the Coursac municipal services.
