Monteverde at Oldstone

Monteverde at Oldstone is a historic estate venue in Cortlandt Manor, New York, set across 27 acres overlooking the Hudson River. Its restored 18th-century mansion, lawns, stone patio, garden areas and permanent tented pavilion give organisers several distinct settings to shape a celebration, from an outdoor ceremony to a formal dinner and evening reception. The estate is particularly suited to weddings, while its grounds and function spaces can also host other private and corporate occasions.

Couples can plan a day that moves between the estate’s outdoor and indoor spaces. The Grand Lawn provides an open-air ceremony setting, while the patio and garden features offer options for drinks and photographs. For larger receptions, the pavilion provides a dedicated covered space with a dance floor and event infrastructure. Smaller gatherings can make use of rooms within the mansion, whose period character offers a different atmosphere for dining and entertaining.

Food and beverage service is available on site, allowing organisers to arrange a catered event as part of the venue experience. The property also has guest rooms and suites, which can be useful for wedding parties or visitors staying overnight. Event planning support is available to help coordinate the celebration and its practical details. With historic architecture, landscaped grounds, river views and multiple event settings on one property, Monteverde at Oldstone offers organisers a distinctive estate location for weddings and special events in the Hudson Valley.
