Actief Veenhuizen
- Meidoornlaan 40, 9341 AP Veenhuizen, Netherlands
Groups can choose from ready-made packages or create a customized program together with Actief Veenhuizen. Think of a GPS tour through Veenhuizen, games such as *Who is the Crook* and the *Bajesgames*, or an activity where participants explore the surroundings and the peat bog in an active way. The climbing forest is also suitable for groups who enjoy being outdoors. For some programs, the prison village itself forms an important backdrop, with tasks and experiences that tie in with local heritage.
The activities are suitable for a wide range of occasions, such as a company outing, team building, family day, bachelor party, or school trip. Depending on their wishes, organizers can combine various elements into a full-day or afternoon program. Actief Veenhuizen helps brainstorm the details and takes into account the group and the desired character of the gathering.
Additionally, there is space for groups for meetings, training sessions, and workshops in 't Heuveltje, a monumental building in Veenhuizen. This allows organizers to combine a substantive program with a joint activity. Actief Veenhuizen is therefore primarily a provider of group activities and team building, with a local, historical, and outdoor-oriented approach.
