Clise Mansion

Set within Marymoor Park in Redmond, Clise Mansion offers event organisers a historic property with characterful indoor rooms, a brick courtyard, patios and landscaped grounds. The early twentieth-century mansion is suited to gatherings where organisers want a distinctive setting, with options to use indoor spaces, outdoor areas or a combination of both.

The venue welcomes corporate meetings and retreats, company picnics, outdoor socials, conferences, workshops, networking events and private celebrations. Its lawns and patio can support relaxed occasions such as barbecues, picnics and food-truck gatherings, while the house offers several rooms that can be arranged to suit different event formats. Organisers can discuss room choices and layouts with the venue team, and tours are available for those who would like to see the spaces before booking.

Clise Mansion provides venue hire, on-site staff and event set-up and breakdown as part of its base rental. Organisers can select their own licensed caterers or arrange for food trucks, and the venue can help source food trucks on request. Bar service is provided in-house, with professional bartenders and a choice of service options. The venue’s grounds and historic architecture also make it a setting for creative productions, including photo shoots and interview filming.

Located in the Seattle area, Clise Mansion offers a flexible backdrop for planners seeking a historic venue with both indoor rooms and outdoor space. Event details, room-specific pricing and availability can be discussed directly with the team.
