The Civic Stourport

The Civic Stourport is a community theatre hall and a versatile venue available to hire in Stourport-on-Severn. Organisers can enquire about using the space for private parties, meetings, conferences, theatrical productions, live music, dancing and wedding receptions. Community organisations, schools, amateur theatre groups, musicians and entertainers are also welcome to make use of the hall.

The venue’s flexible seating arrangements can suit different kinds of events, from theatre-style presentations to cabaret seating with tables or standing gatherings. The hall hosts its own programme of performances and public events, while also providing a space for independent hirers to bring their own productions and celebrations to the town.

Access arrangements include step-free public areas, ramped entrances and accessible toilets. Wheelchair spaces and companion seats are available, and a hearing loop is installed in the main hall. Organisers with particular access requirements can discuss suitable arrangements with the venue team when making an enquiry.

Run by a community-focused organisation, The Civic combines cultural programming with a practical hire offer for local groups and event organisers. Its central Stourport location and adaptable hall make it a useful option for gatherings that need an indoor space for an audience, guests or participants. Contact the team to discuss the type of event, preferred layout and availability.
