The Stanley Event Space

The Stanley Event Space is a bookable venue in downtown Lee’s Summit, Missouri, offering several spaces for weddings, corporate gatherings and private celebrations. Its rooms and rooftop give organisers options for different parts of an occasion, from a ceremony or drinks reception to a seated meal, party or business gathering. The venue invites prospective clients to arrange a tour and enquire about availability and pricing for the space that best suits their event.

The Aspen Room is the main reception space, while the Aspen Rooftop offers an outdoor setting for ceremonies and guest gatherings. The Kingston Room provides a further option for smaller ceremonies or a more intimate gathering. For weddings, organisers can plan a ceremony and reception in different areas of the venue, with the rooftop or Kingston Room available for a cocktail hour between them. This variety can help couples shape the day around their guest list and schedule while keeping the different elements at one downtown location.

The venue also welcomes private celebrations such as birthdays, baby showers and graduation parties, as well as corporate luncheons and other business functions. Organisers can contact the venue to discuss the hourly rates and arrangements for each space. Wedding and private-event enquiries are handled directly by the Stanley team, who can provide details about booking and available options. The downtown setting also places the venue within walking distance of local photo backdrops, offering useful surroundings for event photography. Whether planning a wedding reception, a company gathering or a family celebration, organisers can explore the distinct rooms and rooftop before deciding which layout is right for their occasion.
