The Oaks at Oak Plantation

The Oaks at Oak Plantation is a wedding and celebration venue on a working ranch in Rosharon, Texas. Its countryside setting, mature oak trees and open grounds offer couples a distinctive backdrop for ceremonies, receptions and wedding photography, while the indoor spaces provide an option for celebrations whatever the weather.

Couples can choose between an outdoor ceremony beneath a large oak tree and a chapel setting. The venue also has reception facilities for gatherings of up to 500 guests, with chairs, furniture set-up and pack-down, and post-event clean-up listed among its amenities. A built-in projector and screen, a cocktail area with a mobile bar, and a commercial kitchen are available on site. Organisers can ask about an all-inclusive wedding package, which brings together services and event items such as coordination, photography, a DJ, security, linens, tableware, bartenders and a bussing team. The venue also lists a short-format chapel wedding option for smaller groups.

Separate preparation spaces give wedding parties room to get ready, including a bridal suite with a hair and make-up area and grooms’ quarters with a games room. For guests who would like to stay nearby after the celebration, the property has one honeymoon suite and five guest rooms. The venue is available by appointment for tours, and couples can contact the team to discuss their guest numbers, event plans and preferred date. With its ceremony choices, reception space and accommodation together on the property, The Oaks can host several parts of a wedding in one location.
