Rosewood Farm, inc.

Rosewood Farm is a working flower and vegetable farm in Sugar Grove, Illinois, that also offers its grounds and event barn for private celebrations and business gatherings. The six-acre setting combines farm scenery with flexible indoor and outdoor spaces, providing a distinctive backdrop for events of up to 100 guests.

The venue welcomes couples planning wedding ceremonies and receptions, as well as organisers of birthday parties, showers, rehearsal dinners, family gatherings, corporate meetings, workshops and photo shoots. Depending on the occasion and booking, guests can gather in the event barn or make use of the gardens and outdoor areas. The farm’s pond, flower beds, prairie, orchards and animals add character to the surroundings, with access to parts of the working farm available during daylight hours.

Available facilities include heating and air conditioning in the event building, accessible bathrooms and a selection of tables and chairs. The team offers different hire arrangements, including outdoor garden gatherings, semi-private barn use and private barn rental. Organisers should check which setup suits their guest numbers and plans, particularly for wedding celebrations, which have separate packages and arrangements.

Rosewood Farm also offers optional activities and experiences that can be added to some events, such as flower picking or arranging, cooking classes, tea parties and wine tastings. Food, drinks, tableware, music and decorations may need to be arranged separately, so planners should confirm what is included for their chosen booking. Tours are available by appointment, giving prospective clients a chance to view the property and discuss their event requirements.
