Soaring Heights Event Center

Soaring Heights Event Center is a private-hire venue in McKinney, Texas, combining a large banquet hall with overnight accommodation on the same property. Set beside a small airport, the hall has an open layout and a distinctive hangar setting. Its climate-controlled space can be arranged for a range of gatherings, including wedding ceremonies and receptions, quinceañeras, birthdays, anniversaries, cultural celebrations, corporate events and private parties. The current venue information lists capacity for 50 to 250 guests, with availability and package costs depending on the date, duration, guest numbers and setup needs.

Organisers can enquire about a tailored booking and arrange a visit or virtual tour to get a better sense of the space. The venue also offers two homes, each sleeping up to 14 people, plus an apartment for up to three. These can be booked alongside the hall, giving wedding parties, families and other groups the option to stay together close to the event. This arrangement may be useful for multi-day celebrations, rehearsal dinners and gatherings with guests travelling from out of town.

Tables and white tablecloths are included in the venue pricing, while additional event items can be hired on site. Options listed include coloured tablecloths, chair covers, special banquet chairs, a sound system, a 360-degree photo booth, an LED dance floor and atmospheric effects. Organisers may also bring their own suppliers and discuss the combination of event space and accommodation that suits their plans. Soaring Heights provides a flexible setting for hosts looking to bring a celebration and guest lodging together in one location.
