Thompson Alumni Center

Thompson Alumni Center is an event venue in midtown Omaha, welcoming organisers planning weddings, receptions, business meetings, conferences, celebrations and other private or professional gatherings. Its rooms provide nearly 10,000 square feet of indoor space, with flexible layouts for small meetings and larger functions. The two ballrooms can host receptions, dinners and presentations, while smaller conference rooms and a parlor suit board meetings, workshops, retreats and breakout sessions. Built-in audio-visual facilities and Wi-Fi support presentations and meetings, and staff can assist with event arrangements and technical needs.

The venue also offers landscaped outdoor grounds for wedding ceremonies, with shaded trees, a paved walkway, seating and an adjoining brick patio. Couples can arrange an outdoor ceremony with indoor space available as a weather alternative, or use the centre’s rooms for a reception. Dressing rooms and event equipment are available as part of selected wedding arrangements. The building’s classic architectural details and campus setting give gatherings a distinctive backdrop, while complimentary parking is available for guests.

Food and beverage service is provided by the centre’s exclusive catering partner, Catering Creations.
