Kachhia Samaj Hall

KSL Hall, also known as Kachhia Samaj Hall, is a community-run venue in Wembley available to hire for private celebrations, social gatherings, baby showers, evening receptions and meetings such as AGMs. Its two open-plan halls can be used separately or opened up to create a larger event space, with seating for up to 225 guests across the venue. This flexible layout gives organisers room to plan different arrangements for dining, speeches, entertainment or informal gatherings.

Both halls are air-conditioned and have a neutral style, making it easy to bring in decorations and shape the setting around the occasion. Tables and chairs are available, and a large, fully equipped kitchen gives organisers or their caterers practical facilities for preparing and serving food. The kitchen has a shuttered serving counter facing the halls and a separate rear entrance for deliveries and catering access. A PA system with microphones is also available for hire.

For outdoor breaks, children’s activities or event set-up, the venue has an enclosed garden area with direct access from the main hall. The same outdoor area can assist with loading equipment. KSL Hall offers flexible start and finish arrangements, subject to booking, and provides a design consultation to help hirers plan their layout. The venue is fully accessible and includes accessible toilet facilities and a shower. Located in Wembley, it is reachable from the A406 and is within walking distance of Stonebridge Park station.
