Empress Events

Empress Events provides a distinctive floating venue for celebrations, business gatherings and private occasions on San Francisco Bay. Events take place aboard The Empress, a 90-foot luxury yacht offering two spacious floors, indoor and outdoor areas, a hardwood dance floor and panoramic views of landmarks including the Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz and the San Francisco skyline.

The yacht can host intimate gatherings as well as larger functions for up to 150 guests. Organisers can book the vessel for corporate parties, client events, team-building occasions, board meetings, fundraisers, weddings, birthday celebrations, anniversaries, bachelor and bachelorette parties, family gatherings and memorial services. Wedding packages include support with ceremony arrangements, dining, drinks and the overall flow of the day, while corporate bookings can be tailored for networking, presentations, celebrations or informal meetings.

Empress Events supports organisers with more than the venue itself. Its team can help coordinate menus prepared by a private chef, buffet or seated dining, hors d’oeuvres, cocktails and full bar service. Décor, linens, audiovisual equipment, DJs, live entertainment and photography can also be arranged through the company and its Bay Area vendor network. The crew and event planners remain involved throughout the booking and onboard experience, helping with practical details, guest comfort and timing.

Boarding can be arranged from several locations around the Bay Area, including Richmond Marina Bay, San Francisco Pier 40, Berkeley Marina and Jack London Square. This flexible approach allows organisers to choose a convenient departure point while giving guests an event setting that combines hospitality, sightseeing and private charter service on the water.
