OC De Sceure is a multipurpose event venue in Vleteren where associations, companies, schools, and private organizers can come for a wide range of activities. The venue features a large hall of approximately 894 m², suitable for larger parties, celebrations, and gatherings with a capacity of up to approximately 750 people. Both halls feature a fully equipped kitchen with appliances. In the large hall, organizers can also rent additional facilities, such as a cold storage room or a dishwashing area. Tables and chairs are available and included in the hall rental. Next to the building is a spacious car park with space for approximately 80 cars, which is convenient for visitors and participants.

OC De Sceure is also used for sporting activities, external sports camps, indoor football, and basketball. As a result, the location combines great flexibility of use with a rural setting in Vleteren.
